A hint of honey shines through the tiny bubbles which naturally carbonate during our slow fermenting technique.
We use Hum Honey. It’s delicious, local to the Sunshine Coast and they employ organic bee-keeping methods.
Jun Kombucha health benefits stem from the large volume of probiotics. Jun is made with a green tea base which itself has been shown to assist blood sugar control.
Unpasteurised and made with wild live cultures means we produce a lively, probiotic elixir. Live cultured and loaded with living microbes your gut will be invigorated with every sip.
This recipe has been created by Tania Wiesmayr-Freeman, our favourite Dietitian and Nutritionist with over 25 years experience.

RECIPE SUGGESTION
Spice up your life with an aromatic aphrodisiac! Add a drop of vanilla extract to Kombucha Honey Jun in a tall champagne glass. Slice a fresh vanilla bean in half long ways and use it to stir (watch all the little vanilla caviar swirl). You can reuse the stirring half bean many times.
STORAGE
Kombucha Honey Jun is best kept refrigerated - before or after the lid seal is broken.
